Confirmation Sponsors will need to be chosen by January 31st, 2021. When choosing a sponsor, please have them fill out the Sponsor Commitment Form found below.
- This should be a practicing Catholic who can mentor you in the faith both before and after you receive the Sacrament of Confirmation.
- The sponsor commitment form found below should be uploaded here by January 31, 2021.
