Through the Silver Rose Program we honor not only Our Lady of Guadalupe and express the unity of the the Knights of Columbus, but we also reaffirm our dedication to the sanctity of human life. It is to the Blessed Mother that we turn in prayer as we work to end the Culture of Death that grips our society. As we think in terms of ‘One Life, One Rose,’ it is most appropriate that we turn to Our Lady of Guadalupe who made known her will through Juan Diego and the miracle of the roses.

Message from Grand Knight
Welcome to the Silver Rose prayer service hosted by the Knights of Columbus at St. Laurence parish!
Each year from early March through mid-December, Silver Roses are stewarded by the Knights of Columbus council along routes from Canada to Mexico. Every step the Silver Rose makes throughout the pilgrimage is a rosary centered occasion for Knights, parishioners and community members to pray for the respect for life, for the spiritual renewal of each nation, and for the advancement of the message of our Lady of Guadalupe.
This year our Fourth Degree Sir Knights hosted the Silver Rose here at St. Laurence. We invite you and your family to take part in this special prayer service which will include the recitation of the Holy Rosary, the Liturgy of the Word and an Act of Consecration. A prayer guide can be found in the left margin of this page.
