Join Very Rev. Father Elias Rafaj as he guides participants through a step-by-step process of iconography. He will demonstrate how to trace the prototype, paint the face and features, apply the gold and inscribe the lettering.Adults onlyNo artistic experience is necessary.All needed supplies will be provided.Prayer and discussion on the Theology of Icons as well as the history of the icon will be woven into the teaching. Fr. Elias has been painting icons and teaching the Theology of Icons for over 20 years.
