Veterans Day Breakfast (7am and 9am Mass)

This Sunday we will be back serving our hot breakfast for the parish in honor of Veterans Day in conjunction with the Social Concerns Ministry. This is a great way to work with the parish and honor our veterans at the same time. We have been doing this, prior to Covid, for the last 5 years , and as Patriotism is one of the Knights core pillars, this is a great opportunity for us to show that spirit for the veterans within our parish. We will need 12 guys per mass next week so PLEASE sign up for one OR BOTH shifts. shift from 6:30 -9 AM and 9-11. The guys you see on the list for both shifts will be there at 6AM to start the cooking and get things set up. We need everyone else to come around 7 AM to make pancakes, serve the meal and help clean up. We will also need to man the table on the plaza to sell turkeys for those two masses, but we will work that out with the guys who have signed up. Thanks for your help in advance, and as an early reminder we will more than likely be seasoning turkeys on SATURDAY AM Nov 20th, and cooking starting on Sunday so be on the look out for those opportunities to help out! IF you are interested in getting some extra gizzards and necks for your Thanksgiving Dinner, seasoning is for you because we’ll have over 140 available for anyone who helps out!
