Ignatian Home Retreat at St. Laurence

If you desire a deeper and more enriching Lenten experience this year but are too busy to get away for a retreat, consider participating in the upcoming St Laurence Ignatian Home Retreat program. Based on the spiritual exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola, the Home Retreat uses scripture as a basis of prayer to deepen and strengthen our relationship with God and to learn to recognize and respond to God’s movement in our lives. Unlike a scripture study, the program focuses on weekly themes that invite us to get to know and follow Jesus in a more intimate way through personal prayer, group sharing and support of one another’s spiritual journeys. Led by Anne Anne Marie Daniel, this 8-week program will be held weekly on Thursdays, February 8 to April 4 from 1- 3:00pm in the St. Anne room of the St. Laurence Ave Maria Center.
