Supreme Court Negates HB2

  Although abortion is an invasive procedure, the court has decided that states may not impose on abortion clinics the same safety regulations that facilities offering other ambulatory surgical services are required to meet. The argument is that too many clinics would have to close, thereby making abortion less accessible to many women.  
  However, a petition has been initiated, asking the White House to ask Congress to make ambulatory surgical standards a national requirement for abortion clinics. Click here to sign the petition.
