English-as-a 2nd Language (ESL) and Citizenship Classes
Learn English Ministry's mission is to teach English to non-English-speaking adults in order to eradicate the serious social issues that affect our students and thus adversely affect our community TODAY and for FUTURE generations.

STUDENTS
For those who want to learn or improve their English or prepare for the US Citizenship exam. We offer FREE classes at St. Laurence, as well as at other Catholic churches in the area.
At St. Laurence, classes are offered Sept-May on Monday thru Thursday mornings from 9am-10:30am; Monday and Thursday evenings at 7-8:30pm; and Saturday mornings from 9am-noon.
NOTE: Classes will resume September 10, 2012
VOLUNTEERS
You do NOT need any teaching experience.
You do NOT need to speak a foreign language.
If you speak English, we will provide you with FREE training on how to teach.
